Data Deletion | Velamum

If you would like to request deletion of your personal information and account data from Velamum, you may do so at any time. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and the types of information that are removed as part of that process.

1) How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Velamum account and associated data, please send an email from the email address associated with your Velamum account.

We may ask you to provide information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the owner of the account associated with the deletion request.

2) What We Delete

When an eligible deletion request is processed, we delete or remove personal information and account-related data associated with your Velamum account, subject to any limited retention required by applicable law, security, or legitimate operational requirements.

Account Information Account information associated with your Velamum user profile, such as your name, email address, and related account identifiers.

Etsy Authorization Data Etsy access tokens, refresh tokens, and authorization information associated with your connected Etsy account.

Listing Information Listing-related information stored in your account for listing preparation and management functionality.

Saved Product Settings Saved variation groups, pricing configurations, shop settings, and other reusable product information associated with your account.

Uploaded Content Images and other User Content stored by Velamum specifically for your account, where applicable.

Associated Application Data Other application records directly associated with your Velamum account, where they are not required to be retained.

3) Processing Time

We aim to process verified data deletion requests within 7 days.

In some cases, additional time may be required if we need to verify account ownership, investigate unusual circumstances, or comply with legal obligations.

Once your deletion request has been completed, the affected Velamum account information and associated stored data will no longer be available through the Services.

4) Etsy Authorization and Etsy Data

If you have connected an Etsy account to Velamum, you may also revoke Velamum's authorization through the applicable Etsy account settings or authorization controls.

Revoking Etsy access prevents Velamum from continuing to use that authorization for future Etsy API requests.

Important: revoking Velamum's Etsy authorization does not necessarily delete information already stored in your Velamum account. If you want your stored Velamum account data removed, you should also submit a Data Deletion Request.

Etsy account information is processed only in connection with supported Velamum features and the permissions authorized by the User.

5) Limited Retention After a Deletion Request

In limited circumstances, certain information may be retained after a deletion request where reasonably necessary or legally required.

This may include information required to:

Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Maintain minimal technical records needed for security or system integrity.

Information retained for these limited purposes will not be used to continue providing the deleted account with normal Velamum services.
