• Etsy Shop Information: information associated with an Etsy shop that you connect to Velamum, to the extent made available through the Etsy API and authorized by you.
• Etsy Authorization Data: identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, authorization information, and other data necessary to maintain an authorized Etsy connection.
• Marketplace Research Data: selected publicly available Etsy shop, listing, review, or other marketplace information requested through supported marketplace research functionality.

We use information collected or processed through Velamum to provide and operate the Services.

• Create and maintain your Velamum account.
• Provide listing preparation and management functionality.
• Allow you to create and reuse product variation configurations.
• Store commonly used pricing structures and product settings.
• Organize shop sections, processing settings, and shipping configurations.
• Provide Etsy-connected functionality that you authorize.
• Send authorized API requests relating to your connected Etsy shop.
• Provide user-requested marketplace research and current marketplace information.
• Maintain application security and prevent unauthorized or abusive use.
• Diagnose technical problems and improve service reliability.
• Respond to support requests and service inquiries.

10) Marketplace Research and Public Data

Velamum may provide research tools that allow Users to request selected publicly available Etsy marketplace information.

Marketplace research requests are initiated by the User and are intended to provide a current view of available marketplace information.

• Velamum may process publicly available shop, listing, review, and related marketplace information where supported.
• Marketplace information may be obtained through supported Etsy API functionality.
• Velamum does not use screen scraping to collect Etsy marketplace information.
• Marketplace data may change after it is requested and therefore may not always reflect later changes on Etsy.
• Velamum may temporarily process or store marketplace information where reasonably necessary to provide requested research functionality, subject to applicable technical and platform requirements.

Public marketplace information is not treated as authorization to access private Etsy account information.

11) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in Velamum features, legal requirements, security practices, or third-party integrations.
