Google Analytics Terms & Conditions

1) Overview

These Terms govern the optional Google Analytics integration offered through Velamum. They supplement the general Velamum Terms & Conditions. By connecting a Google account, you authorize the access described in the Google consent screen.

2) Eligibility and Authorization

You must own or have appropriate permission to access the Google Analytics properties you connect. You are responsible for selecting the correct Google account and reviewing requested OAuth permissions.

3) Integration Features

Where enabled, Velamum may retrieve authorized Google Analytics 4 property information, reports, metrics and dimensions to display dashboards, trends and insights. Available functionality depends on your permissions, Google API availability and the features currently implemented.

4) Google Account Access

Google authentication is handled by Google. Velamum receives authorization tokens and permitted API responses, not your Google password. You may revoke access through your Google Account security settings. Revocation can stop connected reporting features.

5) Permitted Use

You agree to use the integration lawfully, comply with applicable Google policies and data protection laws, and not connect properties or access data without authorization. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account configuration and any business decisions made using reports.

6) Data and Privacy

Our Google Analytics Privacy Policy describes how we process information received through Google APIs, including storage, security, retention and deletion. Use of Google user data is subject to applicable Google API Services User Data Policy requirements.

7) Third-Party Services

Google Analytics and Google APIs are operated by Google independently of Velamum. Google may change API access, quotas, features or policies. Google’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to your Google account and Google Analytics use.

8) Reporting Limitations

Reports may be delayed, sampled, thresholded, incomplete or revised by Google. Velamum does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free reports, increased revenue, advertising performance or any particular commercial outcome.

9) Service Changes and Suspension

We may update, limit or discontinue the integration for security, technical, legal or Google policy reasons. We may suspend misuse or unauthorized access, subject to applicable law.

10) Intellectual Property

Velamum retains rights in its software, design and original content. You retain rights in your own information to the extent applicable. Google trademarks and services belong to their respective owners.

11) Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Velamum is not responsible for indirect losses arising from unavailable or inaccurate third-party reporting. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12) Updates

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our integration, applicable laws or Google requirements. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
